Amna was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs before leaving to work for the hedge fund, Moore Capital. After 12 years in the City, she left to have a family, moving to Cobham in 2015. With her children all at school, Amna wanted to volunteer for a charity which was local, high impact and focused predominantly on families. Having been introduced to Caroline Edwards and on seeing the important work that Oasis does in the Community, she wanted to get more involved. She became a trustee in 2021 and assists Caroline and the team on a day-to-day basis with fundraising, marketing, and helps co-ordinates the charity's volunteers. Amna is also Co-President of the Newnham Associates, an alumnae group linked to Newnham College, Cambridge. The group mentors and provides careers advice to undergraduates and postgraduates currently studying at the college.

Caroline Edwards has over 40 years’ experience supporting vulnerable children and families. She began her career as Team Manager for the largest day nursery run by Children’s Services, followed by a period working as a Family Support Worker for Cobham Social Services team. She set up Oasis in 1996 wanting to create an organisation that she never had access to when she was in crisis, an organisation which families can turn to, knowing they are supported over the long term.

Graham spent 29 years working in senior technology positi ons at GlaxoSmithKline and is now providing consultancy services to large technology service providers. He has lived in Weybridge for 26 years and is married with three children. On seeing the passion of the Oasis team and the critical nature of their work, Graham joined asa trustee in 2019 and helps the charity in multiple ways.

Flora has been a lawyer in the tech industry for her entire career, working in start-ups all the way to tech giants. Prior to attending law school she studied psychology and volunteered in various clinics, including those focused on helping women and children. While wanting to reconnect with that prior passion and get involved with her new local community, she was serendipitously introduced to Oasis. One of the newest trustees to be added in 2025, she is honoured to have the opportunity to support Oasis.

Christo is an entrepreneur and a seasoned investor with a wide array of experience across financial markets, international trade and real estate. He joined Oasis in 2021 to help the charity further its goals of assisting vulnerable families to get out of hardship.
